We are trying a new system for applying to Artist Alley this year in form of a raffle . Please read all of the information here before you fill in your application. The application form will be closed 2026-09-13 23:59 and allocation will be communicated 2026-09-15 or earlier.

Anyone who is assigned a spot must pay for their table by Sunday, September 20. If payment has not been made by then, the spot will be reassigned to someone else. It is your responsibility to check your email, even if the acceptance email ends up in your spam folder.

If there are any unpaid spots, they will be raffled off on Monday, September 21, with a payment deadline of Sunday, September 28. Any remaining spots or those that are later reclaimed will be raffled off in the same manner leading up to the event.

We will be holding a raffle for spots in Artist Alley this time, to try a different method of assigning tables for future events and because there are so few tables available. A total of 34 tables are available for the raffle. The cost for a table is 399 SEK. Participation in the raffle is free. Each artist may submit only one entry. If you submit multiple entries, the most recent one will be used. You can request a copy of what was submitted via the form; please do so if you want to be sure your entry was received. If we detect any attempts to manipulate the lottery (e.g. by trying to enter multiple times using different names/addresses, etc.), those individuals will be banned from all NärCon Artist Alleys indefinitely.

If you’ve been awarded a spot but no longer want it, contact david@narcon.se. You’re not allowed to give your table away to someone else (to prevent cheating).

Now for some general information about NärCon Expo 2026
The event is held at Södertälje Stadsscen, November 21-22 (Saturday 10-19 and Sunday 10-18). We're expecting somewhere between 1 000 - 1 500 visitors. You will be able to arrive on Friday to set up during the evening.

FAQ

I want more than one table. What should I do?

Only one table per person is available at this time.

Are convention admission tickets included in the table price?
Yes! Included in each table is a full event ticket for one person.

Can I sell or give my table to someone else if I don't want to use it anymore?

No, since the table has been given to you specifically it wouldn't be fair to give or sell it to someone else. You may cancel your ticket by emailing david@narcon.se and we will sort out a reimbursement if there is enough time to get someone else from the reserve list.

What if I want to switch tables with someone?

If both of you contact the Artist Alley organizer and say you want to switch tables with each other, we'll of course facilitate that as long as there's plenty of time left until the event.

What if I want to share a table with a friend?
You can register together for the raffle. If you do, one of you will need to buy the Artist Alley ticket and the other will need to buy a regular ticket. Please note that everyone only can register once, so you can't for example register for your own table and also as part of someone else's table.

I want a friend to help me look after my table sometimes. Will they need their own ticket?
Yes, they just need their own ticket to the event bought at the regular Kippu Store for the event.

Will I be able to request a table?

No, all tables will be rewarded randomly!

What can I sell?
You can sell anything you've made yourself. It can be art, books, jewelry, music or anything else. You don't necessarily need to make the physical items yourself (for example if you've written a book you don't need to be the one who printed it), it's enough that you designed them or that they are sold for the benefit of your band, youtube channel, twitch stream, webcomic or something similar. Of course you always need to have the copyright on your side. AI art in any shape or form is not allowed in the Artist Alley.
