"Diana ‘Binkxy’ Tolin has been an award-winning cosplayer and member of the anime/pop culture industry for 30 years. She has worked with some of the largest companies and conventions in the world, including Marvel Entertainment, Nintendo of America, Square Enix, Aniplex, Anime Expo, and the World Cosplay Summit.

Diana has represented, and is the current organizer of, the World Cosplay Summit USA, and works directly with WCS Inc. as a member of their staff, using her knowledge of the international cosplay community to support cosplayers from around the world.
